  • Graduate Certificate in Sexual and Reproductive Health (online or residential)

    The Graduate Certificate in Sexual and Reproductive Health is a 15-credit program that is designed with the flexibility necessary to meet the needs of working professionals and students from around the world as well as those currently enrolled in graduate programs in Bloomington.

    Those interested in the online option can pursue the certificate on their own pace. Those who are current graduate students at IU can pursue the certificate via either in-person courses, online courses, or a combination of the two that meets an individual student’s needs.

    Students pursuing graduate degrees at other universities: The Certificate in Sexual and Reproductive Health is an ideal option for enhancing the training you are receiving elsewhere.

    Individuals who are pursuing AASECT certification as a sexuality educator, counselor, or therapist will find that graduate certificate courses address each of the AASECT core knowledge areas required for certification.

  • Doctoral Program in Health Behavior (residential)

    The IU School of Public Health-Bloomington offers a doctoral major in Health Behavior. For decades, many of the students have chosen to focus their work on sexual and reproductive health issues under the advisement of our internationally recognized scholars in these areas.

  • Doctoral Minor in Sexual and Reproductive Health (online or residential)

    We offer a 12 credit doctoral minor in Sexual and Reproductive Health that can be pursued by graduate students on any IU campus through either in-person courses, online courses, or a combination of the two that meets an individual student's needs.

    Individuals who are pursuing AASECT certification as a sexuality educator, counselor, or therapist will find that our doctoral minor courses address AASECT core knowledge areas required for certification.

  • Doctoral Minor in Human Sexuality Education (residential)

    Our Master of Public Health (MPH) program offers the option to pursue the Graduate Certificate in Sexual and Reproductive Health in order to fulfill requirements for the MPH with majors in Behavioral, Social and Community Health, Public Health Administration, and Physical Activity. Students graduate with both the MPH degree and the Graduate Certificate in Sexual and Reproductive Health.

  • Undergraduate Minor in Human Sexuality (residential)

    We offer a 15 credit undergraduate minor in Human Sexuality that is an option for all IU students other than those pursuing a degree in the College of Arts & Sciences..

    Individuals who are pursuing AASECT certification as a sexuality educator, counselor, or therapist will find that our minor courses address AASECT core knowledge areas required for certification.
